Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Immortal Reality PA LLC ("we", "us"), the operator ofbklink at bklink.uk. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

What the service does

bklink analyses backlink profiles. It resolves where each linking publication is hosted, inspects whether a link is live and whether it passes authority, and produces an estimated market value for the profile.

Valuations are estimates, not appraisals. They are derived from third-party authority scores, traffic signals and our own pricing model, and they describe what comparable links have sold for — not what any link will earn you, what it is worth to a search engine, or what anyone will pay you for it. Do not represent our figures to a client as a guaranteed or independently certified value.

Accounts

• Accounts are currently created by us on request. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@bklink.uk if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You can end all of your sessions immediately from the account settings page.
• One person or organisation per account. Do not share credentials with people outside your organisation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit URLs or domains you have no legitimate interest in auditing;
• use the service to attack, overload or probe any third-party site — our checks fetch the pages you submit, so submitting a target you do not have a relationship with makes us a party to that traffic;
• attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, or the isolation between accounts;
• resell or redistribute raw third-party vendor data obtained through the service as a standalone data product;
• use automated means to extract the service's data beyond your own reports.

We may suspend an account that does any of the above, and will tell you why.

Your data

You keep ownership of the backlink lists, documents and campaign data you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service on your behalf: to store that data, fetch the URLs in it, send the domains to the third-party vendors listed in our Privacy Policy, and generate your reports.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use one customer's campaign data to build a product for another beyond non-identifying aggregates about domains themselves (for example, that a given domain resolves to a given host — a fact about the public internet, not about you).

Third-party data

Reports include data from third parties, including Ahrefs and DataForSEO. That data is provided under their terms and licences, is supplied "as is", and may be wrong or out of date. Domain Rating data is provided by Ahrefs under theAhrefs Domain Rating licence. We are independent of, and not endorsed by, any of these vendors.

Payment

The service uses a prepaid wallet. You add funds, and each action deducts its price. Prices are shown before an action runs. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Availability

We do not offer a service level agreement. The service is provided on a best-efforts basis and may be unavailable for maintenance, third-party outages, or reasons outside our control. We are a small operation without 24/7 on-call cover, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill — including any business decision made in reliance on a valuation produced by the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Deletion permanently removes your projects, campaigns, audits and reports; we keep the record of payments made, because we are required to retain financial records, but your email address and password are erased from it.

Unused wallet funds at the time of deletion are handled under our Refund Policy. We may terminate or suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially reduces your rights we will give notice by email to the address on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
